Central Valley German Shepherds - Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep a puppy you have purchased from Central Valley German Shepherds, we may, at our own discretion and on a case-by-case basis, accept the puppy back within 30-days of the date of purchase, however NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for returned puppies.

Any returned puppies will need to be quarantined and medically evaluated before being able to be placed with our dogs or made available to other prospective buyers. This is a medical cost we incur if we accept a returned puppy. This is to ensure a returned puppy does not come back to us with a communicable disease or parasitic infection which could endanger the health of our other dogs. Once a returned puppy is medically cleared, it will then be relisted on our website for other prospective buyers to see, or it may be offered to waitlisted buyers.

Puppies are often more difficult to rehome once they are 12 weeks old or older for various reasons. So, it’s very important for us to place all our puppies with their forever homes before that are 12 weeks old. This means any puppy returned to us will be more difficult to rehome and will likely remain with us.

When reserving a puppy from Central Valley German Shepherds, you are making that puppy unavailable to other prospective buyers. In doing so, if you later change your mind before picking up the puppy, we may be unable to rehome that puppy. For this reason, ALL DEPOSITS TO HOLD A PUPPY ARE NON-REFUNDBLE.
