Accuracy and changes

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but details such as puppy availability, upcoming litters, planned pairings, pricing and dates can change without notice. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that a particular dog, puppy or litter will be available, and the site is provided for general informational purposes only.

Inquiries do not create a sale

Submitting our waitlist form, contact form, or any other message through this website does not reserve a puppy and does not create a binding agreement to buy or sell. It simply starts a conversation. Any purchase of a puppy is governed exclusively by a separate written puppy contract and health guarantee that both parties sign, and only that signed agreement — not this website — sets out the terms, price and guarantees of a placement.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Valley German Shepherds is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or any information on it.
